This section supplements the Talmedica LLC Privacy Notice above and applies specifically to users of Interview IQ™. In the event of any conflict between this section and the general Privacy Notice, this section controls with respect to Interview IQ™.
WHAT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT THROUGH INTERVIEW IQ™?

HOW DO WE USE AI TO PROCESS YOUR CONTENT?
In Short: Interview IQ™ uses third-party artificial intelligence services to analyze professional content you provide and generate strategic guidance. Your uploaded content is not used by Talmedica to train Interview IQ™ AI models.
Interview IQ™ currently uses third-party artificial intelligence service providers, including Anthropic and OpenAI, to process and analyze content you provide. This processing supports features such as strategic analysis, preparation frameworks, positioning guidance, and other Interview IQ™ functionality.
Your uploaded content — including resumes, job descriptions, interview transcripts, presentation materials, and related professional information — is not used by Talmedica to train Interview IQ™ artificial intelligence models.
By default, Anthropic does not use content submitted through its commercial API services to train its generative AI models. Additional information about Anthropic's privacy and data practices is available through Anthropic.
By default, OpenAI does not use content submitted through its API services to train its models unless the customer affirmatively opts in to data sharing for model improvement. Additional information about OpenAI's privacy and data practices is available through OpenAI.Third-party AI providers may process information in accordance with their applicable commercial terms, privacy practices, security requirements, and data-retention policies.
INFERENCES AND PROFESSIONAL PROFILES
As part of providing Interview IQ™, we may generate strategic analyses, assessments, and positioning recommendations based on your professional background, experience, target role, submitted materials, and other information you provide.These analyses may constitute inferences about your professional profile, such as your experience, strengths, areas of alignment, positioning, communication approach, or potential areas for development.These inferences are used to provide Interview IQ™ services and are not sold or shared for cross-context behavioral advertising. They may be processed by service providers acting on our behalf as described in this Privacy Notice.
For California residents, these professional profile inferences may constitute "inferences" under applicable California privacy law.
HOW LONG DO WE RETAIN YOUR INTERVIEW IQ™ DATA?
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and improve our services, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, comply with legal and contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the security and integrity of our platform.
Information you provide through Interview IQ™, including resumes, job descriptions, interview transcripts, presentation materials, and related content, may be retained while your account is active and for a period afterward where reasonably necessary.Retention periods may vary based on the type of information, whether your account remains active, the functionality for which the information is needed, applicable legal or contractual requirements, and legitimate operational, security, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution needs.
When personal information is no longer reasonably necessary for these purposes, we may delete, anonymize, or otherwise securely dispose of it, subject to applicable law and information that may remain temporarily in routine backup, archival, or security systems.You may request deletion of your personal information as described in the Your Privacy Rights section of this Privacy Notice.
SESSION AND DEVICE DATA
Interview IQ™ may use device, browser, authentication, and session information to help protect accounts and manage access to the platform.Interview IQ™ uses a one-device, one-browser sign-in system for security purposes. When you sign in, session information may be associated with your device and browser. Accessing your account from a new device or browser may require re-authentication.This information is used for purposes such as account authentication, security, fraud prevention, session management, and protecting against unauthorized access.
