I created the Leadership Advisory Board because I’ve been there. . . that space between levels where you’re expected to have all the answers, but can’t really talk to anyone about the questions.

 

You look up, and the people above you don’t quite get it.
You look down, and you can’t fully share your doubts with your team.

 

It’s that quiet isolation that no one prepares you for. . . the part of leadership that feels lonely at the top.

 

And yet, the typical “leadership workshops” don’t fix it.

They inspire you for a day, then fade the moment you’re back in the real world of influence, politics, and pressure.

 

What leaders need isn’t more information — it’s connection, perspective, and a space to grow with others who understand the weight of leading.

 

That’s why I built the Leadership Advisory Board (LAB) . . . a space for continual growth, real reflection, and collective wisdom.
